Gifted and Talented Newsletter
The Gifted and Talented are busy at work on their projects for this semester. The theme is "Our Solar System". K-2nd are busy making models of planet Saturn and 3rd-6th are making models of the entire solar system. All projects will be due by March 26th and students are encouraged to talk with me if they need materials or have any questions! We are planning a trip to the Museum of Natural History but an exact date is TBA.
The 7th-12th will be working with "Bison Buddies" again this semester. This program has been such a huge success, we plan to continue this for years to come. I will also be taking a group of G/T high schoolers to the Special Olympics this year in Pauls Valley. They will be helping with events, acting as runners, and just mentoring and encouraging our athletes as well as those from other schools.
